Purple Box

  1. These Fair Use terms are applicable to our packaged VoIP Service plans:
    1. Where a Call Bundle is assigned to a user (on an account configured to support user-based call bundles), the user is allocated 2,000 inclusive minutes per month. These minutes may be used for calls to standard UK landline and mobile numbers.
    2. Local and national geographic numbers are numbers beginning 01 and 02 and 03 only and do not include non-geographic numbers (08xx including 0845 and 0870) premium rate numbers (09xx), internet access numbers or calls to the Channel Islands.
    3. Local and national geographic numbers do not include international calls (unless otherwise stated in your contract).
    4. If your rate includes minutes to international numbers, certain selected destinations (which may vary from time to time) may be excluded dependent on the exact call price plan we agree with you.
    5. If your rate includes minutes to UK mobiles, this refers to calls to Vodafone, O2, EE (T-Mobile and Orange) and Virgin only. Please note this does not include calls to any mobile virtual network operator not based on the UK GSM cellular networks.
    6. If a user exceeds the 2,000-minute monthly Call Bundle allowance, all further calls will automatically be charged on a Pay As You Go (PAYG) basis at a rate of 2p per minute to UK landlines and 4p per minute to UK mobiles.

      We reserve the right to review your usage, and if we believe your call volume consistently exceeds typical fair use, we may contact you to discuss a more suitable plan. Continued excessive use without agreement to an appropriate plan may result in service restrictions or termination. Termination charges may apply.
